At IDEX 2023—one of the world’s leading defence exhibitions—Team Defence Australia required a unified national pavilion that could house multiple export-ready companies under one brand while commanding attention on a global stage.

We delivered a custom-built pavilion that balanced collective representation with individual flexibility. From early strategy and spatial planning to asset construction and in-market execution, every element was designed to showcase Australia’s defence capability through clarity, precision, and polish. On-site operations and live content support ensured a seamless experience for all participating companies.
