During a key launch phase for a new global automotive brand into the Australian market, we actively supported Polestar on the journey to establishing a world-class presence in the Brisbane, Australia market. The rapidly expanding Brisbane market required our location sourcing to be accurate in a dynamic market. Looking to the global benchmark for brand-spaces and test drive environments we embarked on a comprehensive program of design, build, project management and operations support from concept to completion.

Key to the success of this program was being able to establish an aligned vision among stakeholders: global brand and design teams, National leadership and retail operations all playing a key role. Working with and paying attention to the smallest possible details we documented an end-state and  vision that was both inspiring and challenging. Within compressed timeframes our team moved from location sourcing to full documentation, all site works and build areas to hand over and operations. Working alongside multiple stakeholder groups the solution transformed the location into one of the most exciting and emerging areas of the city.

Our team has undertaken retail transformation programs with great enthusiasm and insight - responsible for all aspects of strategy, design, production, project management, logistics, resourcing and the timely delivery of spaces to the key Queensland market. Working with global assets and project teams, each element and detail of the space has been considered to deliver a world class brand-space for Polestar Australia.
