Bump-In
The Defence and Space Industry Careers Showcase hall will be fully constructed on arrival. All you need to do is familiarise yourself with your stand and venue and setup your collateral/display material.
As the venue will be in ‘bump-in’ mode during your set up time, safety vests are required to be worn by all exhibitors. Please bring a safety vest with you. It is important to note that access to the exhibition can be slow.
If you require earlier access to set up or intend to bring equipment that requires forklifting, please advise Caroline de Souza

Bump-Out
During the Exhibitor bump out time, you are responsible for taking all of your equipment with you at the end of the exhibition, unless prior arrangements have been agreed.

The Defence and Space Industry Careers Showcase will feature the ‘Find Your Place’ branding. For consistency, each exhibitor is to use the provided design template below for the 3m x 3m and 6m x 3m exhibition stands.
Please follow the instructions below and supply Designteam with the relevant information - they will design and send through proofs for approval prior to printing.
Artwork Requirement
Designteam will set up the artwork for your exhibition stand - we will require the below items:
Company Logo
To get the best result, all logo files should be provided in vector format - usually in .eps or .svg format or Adobe Creative Suite file types (Indesign .ind, illustrator .ai, Photoshop .psd) with all necessary fonts provided or outlined.
Company Hero Image
A company hero image will be used as per the template above. Please supply a single hi-res image at 2970mm x 2412mm (+10mm bleed all sides) 300dpi.
