The Brief

Panasonic wanted to create a stand that celebrated their centennial anniversary and that bridged the company’s storied history to its innovative future. They wanted to create a open atmosphere to display and feature fewer products within the physical space.

The Challenges

Panasonic had a wide range of products and we wanted to show them in a setting that would mimic the use of these products in actual building situations instead of just having them on display. We also had to keep enough space on the stand for staff, a reception area, drinks, and an area to celebrate the history of the brand.

The Outcomes

We created a stand that had specific zones, each for an area of their product range: a bedroom, a hotel room, a living room and an outside area. A digital wall showed the technical features of the air-conditioners and fans range where visitors could tap a button and a Panasonic projector would then literally shed light on the inner workings of the product. Last but not least, a commemorative column showing Panasonic’s history featured on the stand, highlighting the continuous technical and design improvements of the brand.
